Hiccup mode
In case of severe overload (when the output voltage drops below 13V) the power supply delivers a continuous output current for 2-5
seconds. The output is then switched off for approx. 1 second before a new start attempt is automatically made for 1 second. This cycle
is repeated as long as the overload exists. The device starts operating normally again once the overload has been rectified.

This is the maximum output voltage that can occur in the end position of the potentiometer in clockwise direction due to tolerances. It
is not a guaranteed value that can be achieved. A typical value is 28.5V.
