Setting up a network connection via WLAN
1. Insert the WLAN USB adapter on the back of
the device.
2. Switch the VARSEO S on with the power
switch located on the right side of the device.
The BEGO software will be loaded.
3. Select the language.
4. Press the WLAN button.
5. Select the WLAN network.
If the WLAN network is invisible, select SSID
and the encryption type (WEP, WPA2, etc.).
6. Enter the password.
7. Press the OK button.
Wait until the connection process is completed.
8. If it was not possible to establish a connection,
check the entries under "Settings" > "User
Menu" > "Network".
9. Select "WLAN" under button 1 and "DHCP"
under button 2. Press the "Connect" button.
10. If DHCP is not supported by your network, use
the expert mode "Static". Please consult an IT
expert to that end.
Only connect the VARSEO S via LAN or WLAN;
otherwise, the host name cannot be clearly
allocated! Contact an IT expert, if needed.
