The first print job is done with a test file and carried
out by the installation personnel and just demon-
strates that the device is in perfect working order.
The test object can be printed with all resins. After
cleaning and post-hardening of the test object this
can be inspected using the test gauge from the
accessories.
After the first successful print, the attached
"instruction protocol" must be signed by authorized
lab staff and the installation personnel.
Keep the original of the certificate in a safe place, as
this may be required for any possible warranty
claim!
• Visually, unevenness, fringes, dents and a lack
of sharpness, which are indicated by rounded
edges, may be observed on the object.
• Geometrically the fit is measured in positive
and negative direction. The testing gauge for
the fit in the x and y directions is laid over the
test specimen.
