Cleaning the plunger for resin reception
1. Since solidified resin residue can stick to the
holes after printing, it is recommended to clean
the clogged holes with cotton buds, wooden
sticks or a right angled hexagon socket wrench
from any residues.
2. Then rinse with ethanol in order to remove any
liquid resin residues, cotton wool or similar.
3. Finally, clean the stamp with cloths.
Cleaning the glass pane
Check the glass plate in the device and in the
bottom of the VARSEO S cartridge for any contami-
nation prior to every print job (e.g. resin residue,
fingerprints). Replace or clean the glass pane with a
cloth and glass cleaner if necessary. To do this the
pane should be removed before cleaning as follows:
Grip with a spatula or finger nail into the notch, pull
out the pane and clean away from the device.
The arrow in the adjacent illustration shows the
position of the notch in the device.

Do not us any glass cleaner in the
device! Glass panes may be used in
the device only when dry!
