  The loading door might be opening by itself because it was not completely closed. Push the loading door until the closing sound is heard.

  If the lighting inside the drying machine does not turn on (in models with lamp), first check that the drying machine is turned on using the On/Off button. If it is on, the lamp might be malfunctioning. Contact Authorized Service to replace the lamp.
