How to fix a Beko Dryer when the fibre filter cleaning icon is lit?
    • L
      Lindsay PearsonAug 26, 2025
The fibre filter cleaning icon on your Beko Dryer lights up when the fibre filters (interior and exterior) may be unclean or a layer may have formed on the fibre filter pores that leads to clogging. Wash the filters with warm water and dry them. If you use double filter, as an internal and external filter, on the cover area, ensure that both filters are installed. Also, make sure the environmentally-friendly filter cloth is installed on the plastic part and placed on the filter housing. If you use the eco-friendly filter feature, ensure that the filter cloth is installed to the plastic part and replace your filter.

Why does my Beko BT5103IB Dryer take so long to dry clothes?
    • J
      Jermaine RomeroAug 30, 2025
Several factors can cause a Beko Dryer to take longer than expected. The fibre filters (both interior and exterior) might be clogged; clean them with warm water and let them dry. The condenser front could be blocked; clean it. Also, make sure the ventilation grills aren't obstructed. Insufficient ventilation in the room can also extend drying time; try opening a door or window. A lime layer on the humidity sensor can cause this issue, so clean the sensor. Avoid overloading the dryer, and ensure your laundry is adequately wrung before drying.

What to do if clothes come out damp from my Beko BT5103IB?
    • S
      Susan MooreSep 1, 2025
If your clothes are damp after a cycle in your Beko Dryer, several issues may be the cause. You may have used a program not suitable for the type of laundry you're drying; check the care labels and select an appropriate program. Clogged fibre filters (interior and exterior) can also cause this, so wash them with warm water and dry them. A clogged condenser front is another possibility; clean it. Make sure you are not overloading the dryer. Insufficiently wrung laundry can also leave clothes damp, so perform a higher speed wringing in your washing machine.

    • S
      Shane WoodwardSep 3, 2025
If the condenser warning icon is flashing on your Beko Dryer, it indicates that the condenser front side may be clogged with fibres, or the fibre filters may not be inserted. Clean the front side of the condenser and ensure the interior and exterior filters are correctly placed.

Why is the WiFi icon flashing on my Beko Dryer?
    • R
      Richard LevySep 7, 2025
If the WiFi icon is constantly flashing on your Beko Dryer (for models with HomeWhiz), it could mean the product isn't connected to the wireless network. Follow the connection instructions. The device used to connect to the network might be faulty; check it. The product may not be connecting to the network due to proximity.
