Troubleshooting
Problem Reason Soluton
Programme does not start
after closing the door.
Start / Pause / Cancel button was not pressed.
*Press the Start / Pause / Cancel
button.
It may be dffcult to close the loadng door n case
of excessve loadng.
Reduce the amount of laundry and
make sure that the loadng door s
closed properly.
Programme cannot be
started or selected.
Washng machne has swtched to self protecton
mode due to a supply problem (lne voltage, water
pressure, etc.).
To cancel the programme, turn
the Programme Selecton knob to
select another programme. Prevous
programme wll be cancelled. (See
“Cancellng the programme”)
Water in the machine.
Some water mght have remaned n the product
due to the qualty control processes n the
producton.
Ths s not a falure; water s not
harmful to the machne.
The machine enters standby
mode after the programme
starts or it does not take in
water.
Tap s turned off.
Turn on the taps.
Water nlet hose s bent.
Flatten the hose.
Water nlet flter s clogged.
Clean the flter.
Loadng door may be open.
Close the door.
The water connecton may be wrong or water may
be cut off (When the water s cut off, washng or
rnsng LEDs flash).
Check the water connecton. If the
water s cut off, press the Start/Pause
key after the water has been suppled
agan to resume the operaton from
standby mode.
Machine does not drain
water.
Water dran hose mght be clogged or twsted.
Clean or flatten the hose.
Pump flter s clogged.
Clean the pump flter.
Machine vibrates or makes
noise.
Machne mght be standng unbalanced.
Adjust the feet to level the machne.
A hard substance mght have entered nto the
pump flter.
Clean the pump flter.
Transportaton safety bolts are not removed.
Remove the transportaton safety
bolts.
Laundry quantty n the machne mght be too
lttle.
Add more laundry to the machne.
Machne mght be overloaded wth laundry.
Take out some of the laundry from
the machne or dstrbute the load by
hand to balance t homogenously n
the machne.
Machne mght be leanng on a rgd tem.
Make sure that the machne s not
leanng on anythng.
There is water leaking from
the bottom of the washing
machine.
Water dran hose mght be clogged or twsted.
Clean or flatten the hose.
Pump flter s clogged.
Clean the pump flter.
Machine stopped shortly
after the programme
started.
Machne mght have stopped temporarly due to
low voltage.
It wll resume runnng when the
voltage restores to the normal level.
Machine directly discharges
the water it takes in.
Dranng hose mght not be at adequate heght.
Connect the water dranng hose as
descrbed n the operaton manual.
