  If the cleaning head stalls while the Belanger Cleaning Equipment is scrubbing wheels, this may be due to the pressure of the regulators on the air panel being set too high. Check the pressure on the regulator from the air control panel. If the regulated pressure is too high, it may cause the head to stall. Release pressure by turning the knob counterclockwise until stalling halts, ensuring there is still enough pressure to allow the heads to rotate smoothly.

  If the cleaning heads on your Belanger Cleaning Equipment will not retract, it could be due to a faulty electrical signal or a faulty MAC valve. Check the electrical signal. To check the valve, remove the airline from ports 2 and 3 of the 4-way valve and jog the toggle switch on the controller on and off. If air is not felt when switching from 2 and 3, then the valve is bad.
