Why does the cleaning head stall when scrubbing wheels on my Belanger DuoScrubber HP?
    • B
      Becky WrightAug 11, 2025
If the cleaning head stalls while the Belanger Cleaning Equipment is scrubbing wheels, this may be due to the pressure of the regulators on the air panel being set too high. Check the pressure on the regulator from the air control panel. If the regulated pressure is too high, it may cause the head to stall. Release pressure by turning the knob counterclockwise until stalling halts, ensuring there is still enough pressure to allow the heads to rotate smoothly.

What to do if my Belanger DuoScrubber HP experiences excessive vibration?
    • S
      Shane CarrollAug 16, 2025
Excessive vibration in your Belanger Cleaning Equipment can stem from a couple of issues. First, ensure that the DuoScrubber® HP is tightly lagged to the floor. Also, check for play in the pivot arm bearings; if there's evident sloppiness, the bearings will need replacement.

    • D
      david13Aug 23, 2025
If the cleaning heads on your Belanger Cleaning Equipment aren't spinning, it could be due to a mechanical failure or a tripped motor control circuit breaker. Check to see if the bearings are seized up and replace if necessary. If not, try resetting the motor circuit breaker.

What causes the cleaning fingers on B-Pads to collapse inward on Belanger Cleaning Equipment?
    • S
      Stephanie RiveraAug 29, 2025
If the cleaning fingers on the B-Pads of your Belanger Cleaning Equipment are collapsing inward, it's likely that the wrong B-Pads (CW or CCW) have been installed on the head(s). Refer to the illustrations for the correct installation of the B-Pads and confirm that the CW and CCW B-Pads are on the appropriate head assemblies, adjusting as necessary.

What to do if cleaning heads will not retract on Belanger Cleaning Equipment?
    • L
      Luis HarveySep 3, 2025
If the cleaning heads on your Belanger Cleaning Equipment will not retract, it could be due to a faulty electrical signal or a faulty MAC valve. Check the electrical signal. To check the valve, remove the airline from ports 2 and 3 of the 4-way valve and jog the toggle switch on the controller on and off. If air is not felt when switching from 2 and 3, then the valve is bad.
