Why is my Belanger Cleaning Equipment boom not pivoting inward?

If the boom on your Belanger Cleaning Equipment isn't pivoting inward, make sure the output is set to the “AUTO” position and the air feeds are in the proper location. Also, confirm that air is working properly on both sides of the air cylinder; rebuild or replace the cylinder if needed.
