What to do if the top wheel does not lower properly on my Belanger FreeStyler Cleaning Equipment?

First, make sure the FreeStyler® system air pressure is between 105 and 115 psi and that the air compressor activates above 100 psi. Then, check that the top wheel rotates counterclockwise when viewed from the driver's side; adjust if needed. Clean the gears, removing any flaky powder coat, and apply marine bearing grease. Ensure the counterweight blocks are correctly installed. Verify the top wheel contacts both stops equally in the up position, adjusting if twisted. Check wheel penetration, aiming for approximately 13 pounds of weight. Finally, inspect the pivot bearings for rust or damage, repairing or replacing as necessary. Reconnect the airline and adjust the flow control until the top wheel stops gently.
