Nozzle Kits / Nozzle Chart
Selecting the Proper Nozzle Kit for the Desired Application
There are three different pump configurations for a FreeStyler® with the optional Wheel Cleaner/HydroBlade® option.
Each pump has a specific nozzle kit for the Wheel Cleaner and for the HydroBlade®. The following documentation will
explain all 3 setups and the parts that are required.
Wheel Stinger / HydroBlade® for 10 HP Medium-Pressure.
If this configuration has been purchased, your Wheel Cleaner/HydroBlade® Lexair™ distribution manifold will be
supplied with 1-1/4” yellow hydraulic hose. Below are the Belanger® part numbers along with the flow rate and
pressure:
• 10 HP Pump for Medium Pressure
• 40 GPM @ 250 PSI
• NZZL-105980: Nozzle kit for high pressure Wheel Cleaner
• NZZL-105985: Nozzle kit for high pressure HydroBlade®
Wheel Cleaner / HydroBlade® for 25 HP High-Pressure.
If this configuration has been selected, your Wheel Cleaner/HydroBlade® Lexair™ distribution manifold will be
supplied with a 3/4” MJIC on the feed. The 3/4” hydraulic hose is field supplied due to the variations in the
equipment room configuration. Below are the Belanger® part numbers along with the flow rate and pressure:
• 25 HP Pump for High Pressure
• 36 GPM @ 1000 PSI
• NZZL-105982: Nozzle kit for high pressure Wheel Cleaner
• NZZL-105985: Nozzle kit for high pressure HydroBlade®
