Chapter 14 HydroBlade® Assembly Option
HydroBlade® Rinse Quick-Dump Assembly – Overview
The HydroBlade® Quick-Dump option will allow the upper portion of the spray tubes to drain much
faster and allow you to switch between different chemical applications (sealer wax, drying agent,
etc.) and with no increase in cycle time.
If you also have the FreeStyler® On-Board Dryer option, then the HydroBlade® Quick-Dump is
highly recommended. It will drain the spray tubes before you begin to run the 1
st
dryer pass. If you
did not have this option, you would have to wait for the tubes to completely empty before making
the 1
st
dryer pass so that the water is not draining on to the vehicle.

HydroBlade® Rinse Quick-Dump Assembly – Installation
1) Locate the accessory box and verify that there are 2 Quick-Dump
Assemblies in the box.
2) Look inside of the hole on the plastic and remove the 1/4” brass plug
that is in the flow drilled hole in the spray tube.
Note: On the exit side of both HydroBlade® Wheel Cleaner
Covers there is a 1-3/8” hole that is approximately 51”
from the top of the cover. See the image below.
