Chapter 8 MixStir® Options Triple Foam and High-Pressure Wax
MixStir® Triple Foam Option Overview
If you purchase the MixStir® Triple Foam option, there is an accompanying MixStir® manual detailing how to
connect the option to your machine. The images below show how to route the triple foam air lines to the proper
location.
The MixStir® Triple Foam option allows for 3 programmable wax passes.
• One pass is at low pressure using both arms simultaneously.
• One pass is at medium pressure which also uses both arms.
• One pass is at high pressure using one arm at a time.
The MixStir® Triple Foam option will require installation of the Belanger® MixStir® tank.
MixStir® Pneumatic (Air) Panel Overview
From the pneumatic panel mounted in the equipment room run a 1/2’’ poly flow airline to the 1/2’’ main feed shown
in the image below.
Note: The typical pneumatic panel is NOT used for the MixStir® Triple Foam option. The MixStir® Triple
Foam option has its own pneumatic panels. There is one pneumatic panel for each MixStir® tank.
