Chapter 4 Frame and Carriage Assembly
Frame Overview
The FreeStyler® Frame is available in a Square Aluminum Frame, a Square Powder Coated
Aluminum Frame and an Oval Powder Coated Frame. Each frame material type is available
in both 4 and 6 legged configurations.
Although the Aluminum Frame will be shown in most images, both frames are installed using
the same dimensions, bracket orientations and bay placement. The only “assembly”
difference is the clamp styles and the way the clamps are secured to the legs. The following
images show the two clamp styles being secured to the two leg styles.

Note: The forklift considerations for the carriage are as follows: load weight of the
carriage is 2,250 lbs., load is 136” wide, load center is 40”, and the load needs to be
lifted 72” high.
