Chapter 22 Initial Startup
Leveling the Optional On-Board Wheel Cleaner
There is a solid link under the black bellows mounted between the manifold to the
top mount plate. To see these parts, loosen the hose clamp and slide the bellow
up. See the image to the right and the images below.
Note: The manifold is leveled using four 3/8-16 x 1/2” set screws located on the underside of the
manifold flange mount plate. See the images below.
Loosen the four bolts that hold the manifold to the solid link welded assembly.
Turn one or more of the set screws in or out to get the manifolds leveled.
Tighten the four bolts back down and check that the manifolds are leveled.
Fold the bellows back down and tighten the hose clamps.
Repeat for the other side.
