Bypass Valve System: At the minimum, a 2” floor drain is required. The Inlet/Outlet header
system should remain the same size as the existing line(s).

Non-softened water in
These lines are to be 1-1/4” or 1-1/2”.
All copper tubing.
Non-softened water in
This line MUST be 2” @ 40PSI or less.
It can be 1-1/2” @ 40PSI or greater.
The other lines are as follows:
• WB, 1-1/4” or 1-1/2” copper tubing.
