Chapter 17 Onboard Dryer Options
Overview
Information on the Air Concentrator
The Onboard Dryer Air Concentrator option was designed to deflect the air flow from the center of the vehicle
towards the sides of the vehicle between various intervals. The operation time length and frequency for the Air
Concentrator are both user selectable. The Air Concentrator is operated by a 4-way pneumatic valve located inside
of the driver side pod assembly on the 8-port pneumatic junction manifold. When it is signaled to turn on, the valve
will fire and the deflector plates inside of each spiral blower housing will angle towards the sides of the vehicle
creating a greater air flow down the sides of the vehicle. See the image below.
Methods of Drying
• One pass slow without Air Concentrator
• First pass without Air Concentrator puts maximum drying on the center of the vehicle. Second pass with Air
Concentrator on to dry the vehicle sides
• One pass with Air Concentrator oscillating throughout the entire pass
