Side Manifold Installation
High Pressure Hoses – Overview
Mounted on the exit side of the machine, inside of the upper manifold cabinet are two manifolds. See the
image below.
• The upper manifold is the HydroBlade® Water Feed Manifold.
• The lower manifold is the Wheel Cleaner Water Feed Manifold.
Connected to the two manifolds in the image above are four
49” hydraulic hoses (2 for each manifold) that will connect to
the bulkheads that are tightened into the upper plate of the
side spray manifolds. See the image to the right.
High Pressure Hoses – Installation
1) From the Upper Wheel Water Feed Manifold, connect the two
hoses to the entrance side bulkhead.
Run the other 2 hoses from the upper HydroBlade® Water Feed Manifold to the exit side bulkhead.
Make sure both ends of all hoses are tightened down completely.
When completed it should look like the image below.
