In August 1986 the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) of
the United States with its action in Report and Outer FCC 96-326
adopted an updated safety standard for human exposure to radio fre-
quency (RF) electromagnetic energy emitted by FCC regulated trans-
mitters. Those guidelines are consistent with the safety standard
previously set by both U.S. and international standards bodies. The
design of this phone complies with the FCC guidelines and these
international standards.
Use only the supplied or an approved antenna. Unauthorized anten-
nas, modifications, or attachments could impair call quality, damage
the phone, or result in violation of FCC regulations.
Do not use the phone with a damaged antenna. If a damaged antenna
comes into contact with the skin, a minor burn may result. Please
contact your local dealer for replacement antenna.

Why does my BenQ C600 Cell Phone have poor signal reception?
    • V
      vmartinezJul 29, 2025
If your BenQ Cell Phone has poor signal reception, it might be because you're in a location with a weak signal, such as a basement or building. Try moving to a location where the signal is better. Alternatively, it could be peak demand time. In that case, make your call later. If you are too far from the base station, move closer to it.

      aholmesAug 3, 2025
If the standby time of your BenQ Cell Phone is short, it could be due to the system settings of your network service provider. If you are in a location where the signal is weak, turn off your phone temporarily. Alternatively, the battery may be at the end of its service life, so use a new battery. If the phone cannot connect to a network, it will continue searching for a signal, which consumes battery. Change your location or turn off your phone temporarily.
