Nice to know about your BeoVision TV
Your BeoCord VX 7000 was designed to
be used with the BeoVision MX 7000 /
6000 /4000 and LX 6000 / 5000, but it
may be used with other Bang & Olufsen
TVs as well.
Bang & Olufsen TVs tested against the
BeoCord VX 7000 are listed in the
Setting-up guide enclosed with the
video tape recorder (see the section:
Using other TVs).
To operate the BeoCord VX 7000 when
it is connected to one of these TVs, you
must use the information in this guide
for the video tape recorder. You should
then be aware that only the essential
user functions are guaranteed to work.
Before you can start using the VX 7000,
all the TV programs in your BeoVision
TV must be stored in the video tape
recorder as well:
• Tuning of the video tape recorder is
done automatically when you connect
it to certain types of BeoVision TVs.
• But – as mentioned in the Setting-up
guide – you may have to tune the
video tape recorder in to the TV
stations in your area manually before
