The SoundGate 3 has a built in Bluetooth
®
receiver,
which is used to receive audio signals from external
communication devices that also use Bluetooth
®
.
Mobile telephones, wireless headsets and laptop
computers are all among the devices you may wish
to stream audio from. See pages 31 to 33 of
this manual for step-by-step instructions to pair your
SoundGate 3 to a specic Bluetooth
®
-enabled device.
In order to pair to or stream audio information from
an external Bluetooth
®
-enabled device, it is
recommended to keep your SoundGate 3 within a
range of approximately 10 meters (33 feet). This
range may be affected by objects between the
SoundGate 3 and the connected Bluetooth
®
device.
This range may also
be affected by the
quality of the other
device’s antenna.
