2. Check to see that there is not an air leak somewhere along
the chemical supply line.
PRODUCT REPAIR
If an item is in need of repair, please call or write to obtain a
Return Authorization (RA) number. When calling, ask for the
Repair Department. They provide RA numbers. Then, please
write the number on the outside of the box before sending. It is
very helpful to our Repair Department to include a note
explaining the nature of the problem. Failure to obtain an
authorization number before returning an item may delay repair
of the equipment.
