REPLACING THE FRONT BRAKE PADS
The procedure for replacing the brake pads
is provided only for information. We rec-
ommend having the operation performed
by a BETAMOTOR authorized workshop.
ALP 4.0 FRONT BRAKE
Follow these steps to replace the pads:
• Loosen the two screws A and remove the
brake caliper.
• Loosen the two screws B.
• Extract the brake pads.
• To refit the parts, follow the reverse pro-
cedure, using blockage-threads on the
screws A.
WARNING:
When removing the front brake caliper,
take care not to damage sensor C.
To avoid braking problems, take special
care in ensuring that the screws are refit-
ted properly.
Whenever the brake disc is removed, ap-
ply blockage-threads to the screws when
refitting.
