Although the recorded data varies according to the vehicle model and region, the
main information types are as follows:
ÿ Data about the vehicle’s status and settings.
ÿ Performance of the engine and electric control equipment on the engine and
chassis.
ÿ Information related to the fuel injection system and emissions.
The vehicle’s ECU does not record conversations or images.
This data can only be collected when the Bimota special diagnostic tool is
connected to the vehicle, such as when maintenance checks or other service
procedures are performed.
The acquired information will not be disclosed to a third party except in following
cases:
ÿ With the consent of the vehicle owner or user
ÿ In case of a legal request by a government agency or judicial body
ÿ For various research purposes using processed information that do not identify
the vehicle owner, user, or individual vehicle.
