46 GENERAL INFORMATION
*1: ABS indicator may go on:
æ After continuous riding on a rough road.
æ When the engine is started with the stand raised and the transmission engaged,
and the rear wheel turns.
æ When accelerating so abruptly that the front wheel leaves the ground.
æ When the ABS has been subjected to strong electrical interference.
æ When tire pressure is abnormal. Adjust tire pressure.
æ When a tire dierent in size from the standard size is being used. Replace with
standard size.
æ When the wheel is deformed. Replace the wheel.
If this happens, rst turn the ignition switch o, and then back on, and ride the motorcycle at
5 km/h (3.1 mph) or more. The ABS indicator should then go o. If it does not, have the ABS
checked by an authorized Bimota dealer.
