56 GENERAL INFORMATION
æ It may not be displayed correctly in
this meter when the vehicle speed
is 20 km/h (12 mph) or less, or the
outside temperature sensor gets
wet. The reading of the outside
temperature meter does not increase
when the speed is 20 km/h (12 mph)
or less.
WARNING
If the outside temperature is 3 °C
(37 °F) or below when the ignition
key is turned on, the outside
temperature meter changes to black
text on an orange background or the
“ICE” message appears to warn the
operator that roads may be icy. Check
the road surface and ride carefully.
NOTE
æ When the outside temperature meter
is not displayed, the “ICE” warning
message appears.
