Procedure to Reset and reconfigure Binatone ADSL router
First Hard reset the Binatone ADSL router as follows:
How to Hard Reset the Modem
There is a “RESET” button at the back side of modem as shown below :
Press the RESET button with pointed object like pin or pen for 5 seconds or till all LEDs on
modem go down and modem reboots.

Summary

Hard Reset Binatone ADSL Router

Locate and Press Reset Button

Press the 'RESET' button at the back of the modem for 5 seconds until LEDs reset.

Configure PPPoE Internet Connection

Login to Router IP Address

Access http://192.168.1.1 and log in with 'admin' username and modem password.

Select Interface Setup

Navigate to 'Interface setup' and click on 'Internet'.

Configure ATM VC Settings

Set PVC-0, Status-Activated, VPI-0, and VCI-32 for ATM VC.

Select IPv4 Version

Choose 'IPv4' as the IP version for the connection.

Set Encapsulation Type

Under Encapsulation, select 'ISP PPPoA/PPPoE'.

Enter PPPoE Credentials

Input Service name (MTNL), Username, and Password.

Default Connection Options

Keep Connection, IP Common Options, and IPv4 Address settings as default.

Save and Restart Router

Save configuration and restart the router to apply changes permanently.

Verify Internet Connection Status

Check WAN IP Details

Verify IP address, subnet, and gateway in the WAN status for active internet connection.

Change DNS IP Address Settings

Access LAN Settings

Navigate to 'Interface setup' and then select 'LAN'.

Update DNS Servers

Set Primary DNS to 59.185.3.10 and Secondary DNS to 59.185.3.11.

Save DNS Settings

Save the updated DNS IP address configuration.

Secure Wireless Network with Encryption

Enable Wireless Access Point

Ensure the Wi-Fi ON/OFF switch is active and access point is activated.

Configure Encryption Standard

Select WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK for secure data transmission.

Set Pre-Shared Key

Note or change the Pre-shared key for wireless network access.

Save Wireless Encryption Settings

Save the wireless security configuration for encryption.

Restrict Wireless Access via MAC Address

Activate MAC Address Filtering

Navigate to Wireless MAC address Filter and select 'Activated'.

Register Allowed MAC Addresses

Enter MAC addresses of devices to be allowed access.

Save MAC Filter Configuration

Save the MAC address filtering settings.
