Opons: Auto (Default) / Custom / Disabled
Pstate0~7 FID
Species the core frequency mulplier. COF = 200MHz.
Pstate0~7 DID
Species the core frequency divisor (DID [0] should zero if DID [5:0] > 1Ah.
Pstate0~7 VID
Species the core voltage.
