Record Symptoms
• The "Select Symptoms"
screen allows you to
select the symptom(s)
you were feeling. Select
all that may apply.
• Select Next to continue.
• A dialog box will ask if
you would like to record
a symptom. Select Yes
to continue. If you do
not wish to record a
symptom, select No.
• The "Select Activity"
screen allows you
to record your level
of activity when the
symptom occurred.
• Select your activity level
and press Done.
• The "Symptom Recorded"
screen conrms that
your symptom was
recorded. Press OK to
return to HOME screen.
