Sync Contacts Using the BlackBerry
Desktop Software
To download the BlackBerry Desktop Software,
go to blackberry.com/desktopsoftware.
1. Connect your device to your computer
2. In the BlackBerry Desktop Software, click
Organizer.
3. Review the organizer applications and settings
that are selected and if necessary, make
changes.
4. Click Sync.

Note: Research In Motion recommends that you
regularly create and save a backup file on your
computer, especially before you update any
software. Maintaining a current backup file on
your computer might allow you to recover device
data if your device is lost, stolen, or corrupted by
