What to do if no water comes from Bluewater Cleone and the system operation light is off?

  If no water is coming from the clean water faucet and the system operation light is off, it could be due to several reasons: * The Cleone may not be connected to power. Ensure it is plugged into an electrical outlet and the 24V DC cable from the power adapter is connected to the electrical power socket. * The Cleone might not be started. Try moving the power switch to position 1. * An internal leak may have been detected, causing the system to automatically stop. In this case, contact your Bluewater dealer to repair the leak and reset the system.

Why is the flow rate from my Bluewater Water Filtration Systems low?

  If the flow rate from the clean water faucet is low, it could be due to: * High water consumption, causing the clean water tank to be empty. Consider upgrading to a larger tank or a high-capacity membrane. * Low air pressure in the clean water tank. Contact your Bluewater dealer to restore the correct air pressure. * Low feed water pressure. You might need to upgrade to a Cleone model with a booster pump.
