an authorized BMW Motorrad
Retailer.
Possible cause:
The engine control unit has di-
agnosed a fault, which may lead
to severe secondary faults (e.g.
overheating). The engine is in
the emergency-operation mode.
Avoid high load and engine
speed ranges if possible.
Continued driving is not recom-
mended.
