Place the motorcycle on its
stand on firm, even ground.
Turn the adjusting screw 1
clockwise to harden the damp-
ing action.
Turn the adjusting screw 1 an-
ticlockwise to soften the damp-
ing action.
Basic setting of rear-
suspension damping
characteristic
Turn the adjusting screw
clockwise to the limit
position, and then 1.5 turns
anticlockwise. (One-up riding
without luggage)
Turn the adjusting screw
clockwise to the limit
position, and then 0.5 turns
anticlockwise. (One-up with
load/two-up with load)
