3.3 Programmes
In total, 43 programmes are available to you:
+ Manual programme: 1
+ Pre-set programmes: 36
+ Heart rate controlled programmes: 3
+ User-dened programmes: 3
3.3.1 Quick Start
1. When you are in the main menu, press the START/PAUSE button to start the training.
A countdown of 5 seconds is started. All values will start to count up.
L NOTICE
During training, the speed/incline can be adjusted using the corresponding buttons.
2. Press the START/PAUSE button to pause the training.
3. Press the START/PAUSE button again to continue the training.
4. Press the STOP button to end your training.
3.3.2 Manual Programme
Within the manual programme, you have the option of adjusting your training depending on one,
several or all of the target values.
1. When you are in the main menu, press the PROGRAM button to select the manual programme.
Conrm the selection with the MODE button.
2. Adjust the desired values (time, calories, distance, etc.) using the +/- buttons and conrm with
the MODE button.
3. Press the START/PAUSE button to start the training.
A countdown of 5 seconds is started. The values you enter are counted up, while the remaining values are
counted down.
