3.3.4 User Programmes
A total of 3 user programmes are available, which you can customise according to your personal
preferences.
1. When you are in the main menu, press the PROGRAM button to select one of the user proles
(U01, U02, U03). Conrm your selection with the MODE button.
2. Adjust the training time using the +/- buttons and conrm with the MODE button
3. Adjust the desired speed for the 10 segments using the +/- buttons and the incline using the
arrow buttons. Conrm your entries with the MODE button.
4. Press the START/PAUSE button to start training.
A countdown of 5 seconds is started.
L NOTICE
During training, the speed/incline can be adjusted using the corresponding buttons. However,
the adjustment is only made for the segment you are currently training.
5. Press the START/PAUSE button to pause the training.
6. Press the START/PAUSE button again to continue the training.
7. Press the STOP button to end your training.
