3.3.3 Pre-set Programmes
A total of 36 pre-set programmes (P01-P36) are available.
1. When you are in the main menu, press the PROGRAM button to select one of the prole
programmes. Conrm your selection with the MODE button.
2. Adjust the training time using the +/- buttons and conrm with the MODE button.
3. Press the START/PAUSE button to start the training.
A countdown of 5 seconds is started.
L NOTICE
During training, the speed/incline can be adjusted using the corresponding buttons. However,
the adjustment is only made for the segment you are currently training.
4. Press the START/PAUSE button to pause the training.
5. Press the START/PAUSE button again to continue the training.
6. Press the STOP button to end your training.
