Graphite brushes
Unplug the machine from power supply, before remove 3
screws on the upper black shell.
Remove the end xing screws
on the wire for each brush,
then pull the brush spring
backwards and remove the
brush.

Remove the burnished screws from rear shell.
The motor has two graphite brushes that must be checked every six months or after 500 hours of operation.
The check the brushes carry out the following procedure:
Check the brushes. If one of
the brushes is shorter than
12 mm replace both brushes.
When tting new brushes, ensure the cables are away from the motor, before remounting
the cover.
