What to do if colors are not correct on Bosch Security Camera?
    • L
      Larry CarterAug 18, 2025
If the colors on your Bosch Security Camera appear incorrect, try resetting the camera to its factory default settings using the command (ON-40-ENTER). You can also try positioning the camera so its entire view is white, like a piece of paper or a white wall. Another solution is to turn on White Balance (OFF-30-ENTER), move the joystick until one shot is selected, wait 2 seconds, and then press IRIS to return. If none of these steps work, restore factory defaults using (SET-899-ENTER). Note that this will erase all presets and settings. Once you have restored the proper settings, it is recommended to store those settings in Preset #1 (SET-1-ENTER) so they are recalled each time the Preset is called.

Why is my Bosch Security Camera picture rolling, noisy, or distorted?
    • K
      Kimberly ParkAug 30, 2025
If the picture from your Bosch Security Camera is rolling, noisy, or distorted, it may be due to electronic AC power line noise interfering with the sync. If the picture is distorted, try switching to Internal Crystal by using the command (OFF-42-ENTER). If this corrects the picture problems, there may be excessive line noise on the power supply.
