8.2.1 Cable-operated gear shift, single-
cable
Only applies to pedelecs with this equipment
 For a smooth gear shift, adjust the adjusting
sleeves on the shifter housing.

8.2.2 Cable-operated gear shift, dual-
cable
Only applies to pedelecs with this equipment
 For a smooth gear shift, set the adjusting
sleeves underneath the chain stay on the
frame.
 The shift cable has around 1 mm play when it
is pulled out gently.

8.2.3 Cable-operated twist grip, dual-
cable
Only applies to pedelecs with this equipment
 For a smooth gear shift, set the adjusting
sleeves on the shifter housing.
 There is noticeable play of around 2–5 mm (1/
2 gear) when twisting the twist grip.
