5. Four-way valve (for heat pump models)
WARNING
Recover refrigerant from the refrigerant circuit before removing four-
way valve.
NOTICE:
Remove the panel plate, electrical parts, and fan assembly (refer
to 1. Panel plate, 2. Electrical parts, and 3. Fan assembly) before
disassembling four-way valve.
1) Heat up the brazed parts and then detach the four-way valve and
the pipe (see fig.59).
2) Remove the four-way valve assembly with pliers.

6. Compressor
WARNING
Recover refrigerant from the refrigerant circuit before removing
compressor.
NOTICE:
Remove the panel plate, electrical parts, and fan assembly (refer
to 1. Panel plate, 2. Electrical parts, and 3. Fan assembly) before
disassembling compressor.
1) Remove the flange nut of terminal cover and remove the terminal
cover (see fig.60).
