Please be sure to use lubricating grease of lithium
base grease for maintenance, recommended
lubricants brand and trademark are as follows:
Tab. 3: Grease brand recommendation
Moter
- Motor operating current shall be less than the
rated current labeled on nameplate.
- When checking the motor, pay attention to
its operating condition. Timely clean dust
inside and outside of the motor to prevent
poor ventilation. Carry out regular disassem-
bling and cleaning, and replace bearing in
accordance with the operating condition.
The bearing replacement shall follow the
specified brand and model.
- For belt driven fan, the motor position can be
adjusted by the tightness of the bolts.
Filter
- Carry out regular inspection on filter in accor-
dance with the operating condition. If the pres-
sure difference exceeds the manufacturer
specified value by the, clean or replace the
filter. After the filter re-installed, check the seal-
ing of the filter positioning frame.
- If the filter is washable, please choose one of
the following when washing:
a. Use vacuum cleaner to collect dust, grease,
etc. from the upper side of the air.
b. When heavily polluted, rinse after soaking
in neutral detergent for a few minutes. No
knead or wring during washing. Put the filter
into the unit after completely dry.
- Do not wash the non-washable filter which
can’ t be cleaned, otherwise it will affect the
filtration efficiency and cause air quality fail to
meet the design requirement.
- The filter is directional. Please pay attention
during installation.
- Stop using the MAHU, when replacing and
cleaning filter. Otherwise, it may cause burn-
ing and other unforeseen accidents to the
motor, and also pollute the air.
Cooling and heating coil
- Regularly check coil cleanliness, clean if nec-
essary. When using high pressure cleaning,
be careful with aluminum fins to avoid da-
mages.
- The scale in coil will reduce cooling and heat-
ing capacity. Please use chemical agents to
clean the scale after consulting with the pro-
fessionals.
- Hot and cold water quality needs to be man-
aged as the quality of cold and hot water
flowing into the coil will affect the coil service
life. Bad water quality will accelerate the cor-
rosion of copper pipe. In severe cases, leak-
age occurs due to cavitation.

Notice: Risk of the coil damage!
Untreated or improperly treated water
will cause oxidation, corrosion, rust and
excessive impurities precipitation of
impurities to the coil and damage the
equipment, therefore the water treat-
ment shall be determined by the water
