11.2.4 REMOTE PROGRAM ?
Description
Your servicing company can program your security system
from a remote location using the telephone line connected to
your control panel.
Your servicing company might ask you to do a procedure to
begin a remote programming session. The time it takes to
program the control panel depends on the number of
changes made to the program.
Determine if your system has a pre-programmed telephone
number in its memory. Do the correct procedure for your
system configuration.
Beginning a Remote Programming Session for a System
without a Phone Number
1. Ensure that your system is at idle text.
2. Call this phone number:

This number is designated for the Remote Account
Manager. Make the call using the telephone located at:
______________________________________________
3. Identify yourself and your premises (account number,
name, address, and so on) and advise the operator of the
services you wish to have performed.
4. Press the [ESC] key to enter the menu, then press
[NEXT] repeatedly until you reach the REMOTE
PROGRAM ? prompt.
5. Press [ENT]. The display shows RPS CONNECTING.
