Malfunction Possible cause Solution
The side walls of the
appliance are warm.
Pipes run in the side walls
that heat up during the
cooling process.
This is normal for the device and not a
malfunction.
Furniture that stands against the
appliance is not damaged by this heat.
The lighting is not
working.
The LED lighting is broken. See chapter “Lighting (LED)”.
The door was open too long.
After closing and opening the door, the
lighting comes on again.
The lighting switches off after
approx. 10 minutes
turned off.
Dim lighting of the
controls.
When the unit is not
operated for a while,
the control panel
indication on the
energy saving mode.
As soon as the appliance is in use again, eg
when the door is opened, the display
switches back to normal lighting.
No indication is lit. Power failure; the fuse is
turned off; the plug is not properly
inserted into the socket.
Plug in the mains plug. Check if
there is power. Check the fuses.
The appliance does not cool,
the temperature display and
the lighting are on.
The presentation light
is enabled.
Press and hold the temperature setting
button Fig. "/1 for 10 seconds until a
confirmation signal is heard.
After a while, check whether the device is cooling.
