What to do if Bosch Digital Camera doesn't operate after exposure to extreme cold?

The AUTODOME cold start temperature is -35°C (-31°F). If it is colder than this outside, warm-up the camera inside at a temperature of -35°C (-31°F) or higher and while it is still warm install it outside and power it up. If the temperature is -35°C (-31°F) or warmer, allow the camera to warm up for 60 minutes before PTZ operations. If the camera still doesn't operate, reset it by typing "/reset" at the end of the camera's IP address in your web browser.
