6.1 Mount energy storage device
6.1.1 Mechanical fastening
BA1N energy storage devices are factory-prepared for foot mounting. The
particular dimension drawing contains details on the size and position of the
mounting holes. In general, the following assignment is applicable for attach‐
ing the motors:
① Mounting feet (4 pcs.) for foot mounting

Fastening screws
To attach the energy storage devices properly and safely to the machine,
Bosch Rexroth recommends the following screws and washers for attach‐
ment.
● Hexagon head screws DIN EN ISO 4014
or
● Cylinder head screws DIN EN ISO 4762
and
● Washers DIN EN ISO 7090 - ... - 200 HV
If screws and washers other than the recommended ones are
used, the property class of the screws and the hardness class of
the washers must be equivalent in order to ensure that the re‐
quired tightening torques are transmitted (see Fig. 6-1).
