Faults Cause Solution
E:18 or indication for water The amount of water flowing
in when the tap is open is at
least 10 l/min.
supply is lit.
Strainer at water inlet is
clogged.
1. Switch off the device.
2. Remove the plug from the socket.
3. Turn off the tap.
4. Unscrew the water connection.
5. Remove the strainer from the inlet hose
6. Clean the strainer.
7. Place the strainer in the supply hose.
8. Screw on the water connection.
9. Check the water connection for
leaks.
10. Put the plug back in the
socket.
11. Switch on the device.
E:22 is on. 1 Strainers are dirty or clogged.

E:24 lit. Drain hose is clogged or
kinked.
1. Route the drain hose without
kinks.
2. Remove the remains.
Siphon connection is still closed.
▶ Check the connection to the
fon and open it if necessary.
Drain pump cover is
loose.
▶ Remove the cover of the drain
pump → Page 56 well fixed.
E:25 lit. Drain pump is blocked.
▶ Clean the drain pump.
