E:27 is on. Mains voltage is too low. There is no error in the device.
1. Contact an electrician.
2. Have the mains voltage and
electrical installation checked by
the electrician.
Another error code
appears in the display.
There is a technical
malfunction.
1. Press .
2. Unplug the appliance from the
mains socket or switch off the
fuse.
E:01 to E:30
3. Wait at least 2 minutes.
4. Plug the appliance into a
mains socket or switch on
the fuse.
5. Switch on the device.
6. If the problem occurs
again:
s Press .
s Close the tap.
s Remove the plug from the
socket.
s Contact the service
department → Page 58 and
state the error code.

Faults Cause Solution
Crockery is not dry. No rinse aid has been
used or the dosage is
set too low.
1. Fill the rinse aid
→Page 31 Bee.
2. Set the amount of rinse aid.
Selected program
has no drying phase
▶ Select a program with dry
gene.
Water remains in cavities
of crockery and cutlery
to stand.
▶ Arrange the crockery at an angle as
right in.
