If the Bosch Operator Client crashes, it might be due to the DiBos Web client being installed and started on the same computer. To resolve this, uninstall the DiBos Web client.
Why do feedbacks occur when using a microphone for Intercom functionality in Bosch Software?
Feedback during Intercom use with a microphone can occur if the soundcard's recording control is set to stereo mix (or another option) instead of the microphone. The Operator Client checks its configuration file at startup and adjusts recording control settings accordingly. Since this configuration file contains a default entry that might not match your system configuration, this setting is restored each time the Operator Client starts. To fix this, change the setting in the Operator Client's configuration file to 'microphone'.
