Troubleshooting minor faults
In this chapter, we will explain to you how you yourself may easily remedy small problems.
Malfunctions of the washing machine are indicated on the display panel.

Cause / Remedial action
Inspect drain hose condition: The connection must not be blocked (see
chapter entitled CONNECTIONS - WATER DRAINAGE).
Drum blocked. Check if a small laundry item (e.g. handkerchief, sock...) has
gotten between the detergent dispenser and drum. For access to the
bottom of the dispenser, refer to the chapter entitled CLEANING THE
FILTER.
No water is supplied: the tap is not open.
• Some time after the start of the programme:
- The programme does not continue,
-
the warning signal and message d01 flash,
-
the 3rd lower bar in the display lights up,
- a continuous beeping sound is heard.
• If an ENDING TIME or a DELAYED START have been selected, the time
continues to run down until the programme starts. A while later, the
signals and displays are as described above.
• Remedial actions:
-
Open the tap,
-
Press the ”Start/Pause” pushbutton.
- The programme restarts.
• This malfunction may also be caused by a defective connection of the
water inlet hose (see chapter entitled CONNECTIONS - WATER
DRAINAGE). Check if Aquastop hose safety functions on water
connection have come loose - window red.
• Remedial actions: Replace Aquastop hose.
Pump filter blocked. Clean the pump filter (see chapter entitled CLEANING
THE FILTER) and restart the programme using the ”Start/Pause”
pushbutton.
Check drain hose: The connection must not be blocked (see chapter
entitled CONNECTIONS - WATER DRAINAGE).
Door safety: Lid improperly closed.
• After the Start of a programme or after a Pause:
- the programme does not continue,
- the warning signal and message d07 flash,
- the 4th lower bar in the display lights up,
- a continuous beeping sound is heard.
• If an ENDING TIME or a DELAYED START have been selected, the time
continues to run down until the programme starts. A while later, the
signals and displays are as described above.
• Remedial actions:
- Close the lid on the washing machine.
- Press the ”Start/Pause” pushbutton.
- The programme starts.
