Malfunction Cause and Troubleshooting
Washing water is not
pumped out.
Drain pipe or water drain hose is clogged.
▶ Clean the drain pipe and the water drain hose.
Drain pipe or water drain hose is kinked or
pinched.
▶ Make sure that the drain pipe and the water
drain hose are not kinked or pinched.
Drain pump is clogged.

Water drain hose is connected too high.
▶ Install the water drain hose at a maximum height of 1
meter.
Detergent dosage is too high.
▶ Immediate measure: mix a tablespoon of fabric softener
with 0.5 l of water and pour this mixture into the left
compartment (not for outdoor, sportswear and down
textiles).
▶ Reduce the amount of detergent for the next wash
with an equal load.
Unauthorized extension mounted on the water drain
hose.
▶ Remove any unauthorized extensions from the
water drain hose.

Pump cover is not fully screwed in.
▶ Make sure that the pump cover is screwed into the
device as far as it will go. The pump cover handle
must be vertical.
